The concept traces its roots back to Dominick's Deli in New Hyde Park, where founder Dominick Grosso built a neighborhood institution known for its golden, crispy chicken fingers. Today, the deli is run by Dominick alongside his son Vincent, son-in-law Nick, and their extended family, who have continued the tradition of quality, family values, and serving what many consider the best chicken fingers in the world.

Recognizing the opportunity to share this local favorite on a larger scale, the Grosso family partnered with longtime family friend Vincent Napolitano, Founder & Chairman Emeritus of Stewards Inc. (OTC Markets: SWRD). With a background spanning both hospitality and Wall Street, Napolitano brought the strategic vision and business expertise needed to transform a hometown favorite into a scalable brand.
