Founded by Dominick Grosso and now run with his son Vincent, son-in-law Nick and extended family, the deli built a loyal following on tradition, family values, and the best chicken fingers in the world.

Recognizing the potential to share this local treasure more widely, Grosso’s partnered with longtime family friend Vincent Napolitano, Founder & CEO of FAVO Capital. With a background in both hospitality and Wall Street, Napolitano saw the perfect opportunity to turn Dom’s famous chicken fingers into a national brand.

Together, they launched Dom’s Famous Chicken Fingers, a concept that combines the Grosso family’s culinary legacy with Napolitano’s business expertise. The first location in Plainview, NY will deliver the same beloved recipe in a modern, customer-friendly format, with plans to expand nationally through company-owned stores and franchising.
